5 acres spread over 2 connected fields with stunning views to the South Downs and Chanctonbury Ring. There's also a lawn area by the pretty pond and 4 double bedrooms in the Tudor farmhouse come as part of the package on a B&B basis.

Amplified music is allowed providing a TEN is obtained and adhered to. Only silent fireworks are permitted and absolutely no Chinese lanterns are permitted for the safety of local livestock. Real petal confetti is permitted, and there are some fire bowls that can be used.

On the day co-ordination with your suppliers is also included.

Our venue sleeps 60 in sumptuously decorated yurt accommodation and private hire includes the whole of our landscaped woodland including a wood fired hot tub, large yurt with capacity of 120 people, fire pit, treehouse kitchen, teepee, children’s play area and a multitude of outdoor spaces. We are the perfect destination for a wedding, special birthday celebration or corporate team building event and offer a range of extras including additional yurts and activities.

We offer glamping throughout our season from April – October and look forward to the arrival of our regulars year after year for the school holidays, romantic midweek breaks and Goodwood (a 10 minute drive will take you to the famous Goodwood Estate, home to regular events including the annual Festival of Speed).
