The Wall is a family run farm with native breeds of sheep and cows on the site of an Iron Age Hill Fort. We farm in a nature friendly way with wild flower meadows and wetlands.

We are happy to host parties either in our function room which is converted from the old dairy and milking parlour or on our fields depending on the time of year.

We are located between Newport and Shrewsbury in the beautiful Shropshire Countryside. The setting looks out towards the Wrekin and the Welsh Hills.

Exclusive use of the whole site for 2 nights, luxury glamping accommodation (9 units), event barn seating up to 120 guests, Dutch barn, campsite and all facilities (including excellent kitchens and bathroom block). There are lots of extras not typically included with DIY venue hire and we have price-points at 30, 60, 90 and 120 guests for 2 nights weekend (Fri-Sun) and midweek (Mon-Wed or Tue-Thu). Barnutopia is licensed for wedding ceremonies but you need to book the Shropshire registrar yourselves.

Barnutopia is a unique destination venue. We host only around 15 weddings per year and love the fact that we get to know our couples over quite a long period of time. We are in a stunning rural location with gorgeous views in every direction. Our glamping village of yurts, stable, cabins, bunkhouse, cookhouse and event barn is well thought out and perfect for celebrations and events. All units are beautifully furnished with real beds and bed linen, power, light, heating and free Wi-Fi. Glampers don’t need to bring anything other than personal items and towels. There is space for additional tents, if you need more sleeping accommodation. The Dutch barn is an excellent indoor/outdoor space and is safe for campfires in poor weather. Fire pits and firewood are included with venue hire.
